bei jeder guten Entscheidungen geht es darum, den Rahmen des Möglichen Einzubeziehen:
welche Grüdung … forgot the rest … to try and update!

“alles was man keine Emotionen auslöst, ist für das Gehrin wert- und bedeutungslos” Dr Hans-Georg Häusel

sunday 10

study with jeff and the lecture from kellner who summarises with
corinthians 1 chapter 6 20 start with chapter 16 19 end; about a call for grace and living a life of deep unselfishness, then various themes
religion leading to tribalism
secularism leading to selfischness and self-absorption
both contributing to fragment, polarise and disintegrate our societies/cultures

whereas a gospel-shaped life life calls us to be fulfilling, humbling, saved by grace and serving/saving others, working in our communities; can be culture-shaping, ubilding

after tea we had a good discussion around three words to describe yourself, which changes in life, so after a bit of joking, developed a game as we went round the table clockwise in our usual positions, each saying one word about the other starting with
katie – understanding, sensitive, sensible
eve – euphoric, enduring, kind
sabs – original, presence, philosophical
me – (unfathomable, what i said half in jest), motivated, open, generous (although sabs also contributed to unfathomable, which i took great lengths pun intended to explain what it was)

monday 11 – eve on a maths klausur, pumped tyres up a little

interesting quote about telefonica:

„Bei dem Netzumbau nutzen wir als Konzern unsere Verhandlungsposition bei den Technologielieferanten, damit sie Deutschland Priorität einräumen.“

went to evening meal with work colleagues as itoop is retiring after 32 years working just in 2 different companies and 17 months in our professional organisation, thinking of my own case at 35 years, starting all those years ago after uni in 1982

in tower for product update from guan over in the building opposite, was interesting and useful

thursday 14 – had lunch in KfZ Innung canteen

had reasonable day in tower with holger and jose, tom and marko

walked to ubahn with marko and we were talking about self-help books, mentioned about my obsession with habits books and which were relevant

friday 15 – katie in tears as she relayed the news that Sabs had got through her Arbitur with a 2.0 which is pretty good.

sunday 17 – concert in the courtyard after playing in church, seemed to go ok

tuesday 19 – went to tower to work, guan also there

picked up guitar from shop and plays/picks better with the Martin strings than the slightly slippier Elixir strings, due to the film-coating they have

good guitar course, then nice chat with eve and katie

eve had geo referat and then sport, which she described – they had an 800m, which lizzy tore off to start with but ended last, she found it difficult to pace, but finished in 3:24

wednesday 20 – eve has music exam today

sunday 24 – sportscheck stadtlauf in englischer garten

10 km 00:56:53 56:53
Netto 02:06:42 01:09:50
