ingredients

spices:
whole onion chopped
2 pieces of garlic chopped
small piece of ginger chopped

teaspoon of curry powder
teaspoon of cummin

vegetables – adjust volume for 4 people:
carrots
brocolli
cauliflower

preparation

put spices into frying pan with big desertspoonful of cocunut oil
fry until brownish, a few minutes

put vegetables in and fry for a few minutes

cover with vegetable broth/gemüsebrüh, raise the heat and cook until veg is cooked thru, about 10 minutes

add half-tin of coconut milk and cook until hot
